Mike Payne and Associates, Inc. was founded in 1976 by Mike Payne. MPA began as a tile contractor and over the last three decades has grown and expanded to include award winning terrazzo, stone, and cementitious floors.

MPA has worked across the United States, Japan, Mexico, Canada and the Caribbean on a wide variety of projects ranging from convention centers to large retail stores and residences.
